The time it takes for your order to arrive depends on the shipping method you selected. After your order is dispatched, we will send you an email with tracking details the following day, as tracking information typically becomes accessible 24 hours post-shipment. When placing the order, a day of shipment is indicated. After the order has been placed, the same delivery time will also be stated on the order confirmation. It is therefore never possible that during the order, the shipping day on the website, is different than on the order confirmation.
We maintain the authority to accept or reject an order, or any part of it, at any time following its receipt, based solely on our judgment. This applies even if the Customer has received an order confirmation or if the credit card authorization has been completed. In the event that a credit card has been authorized and the order is subsequently canceled, a refund will be processed back to the original payment method.
If you decide to cancel your order after it has been submitted, a cancellation fee of $0.50 will apply, no matter how soon the order was placed—this includes even if it’s just a moment later—since we incur fees from our merchant processor and credit card companies for cancellations.
